    Roofing Co. is a fictional business concept built as a frontend design template — a fully realized demonstration of what a modern, production-ready business website looks like when built to professional standards. Designed to showcase what's possible for Jamaican SMEs, the template uses a roofing supply and installation company as its subject and covers every page a real business would need. The site includes a product shop organized by category with product detail pages and a cart system, a before/after project gallery with an interactive reveal slider, a field guides section serving as a CMS-driven blog, a customer reviews page, and a contact/quote request flow. Content is managed through Payload CMS, giving any client full editorial control over products, projects, guides, and reviews without touching the codebase. The design demonstrates a dark navy, high-contrast aesthetic with clean typography, strong visual hierarchy, and a layout built for conversion — positioned as a reference point for local businesses looking to move beyond basic web presence into a fully functional, CMS-powered digital storefront. Built entirely as a speculative design concept, this template represents the standard of frontend work delivered to clients.

    SparrowX is a multi-tenant SaaS platform purpose-built for Jamaican package-forwarding companies, currently serving over 100 active users across two organisations. The platform centralises and digitises the package forwarding workflow — giving companies and their customers a unified system to manage shipments, track packages, and handle operations that were previously fragmented across manual processes. Built with a Next.js frontend deployed on Vercel and a Node.js/Express.js backend deployed on Render, backed by a PostgreSQL database, SparrowX is architected from the ground up with multi-tenant data isolation and role-based access control as non-negotiable infrastructure priorities — ensuring each company's data remains fully separated while operating on a shared platform. The platform features a CI/CD pipeline built on GitHub Actions, spanning code quality checks, backend unit and integration tests, frontend component tests, and end-to-end testing via Playwright — with Docker-configured test environments to mirror production conditions. A phased testing strategy covers the full reliability surface: unit, integration, contract, and E2E layers across both the frontend and backend. SparrowX represents a full-scale, production-grade system designed for real operational scale — built independently, deployed live, and actively used.

    Karlene Salmon & Associates is a full-scale website rebuild for a Jamaican law firm specialising in conveyancing, estate planning, probate, and real estate law — serving both local Jamaican clients and diaspora clients across the USA, UK, and Canada. The project originated from a security remediation engagement on the firm's compromised and Outdated WordPress site, which led to a complete ground-up rebuild on a modern, maintainable stack. The rebuild was executed in two phases: Phase 1 delivered a fully pixel-perfect recreation of the original site as a static Next.js frontend; Phase 2 integrated Payload CMS, giving the firm full content ownership and editorial control without developer involvement. Phase 3 Included fully functional Page builder functionality with over 100 prebuilt components for shareholders to utilizing The site covers the firm's full web presence — Home, About, Legal Team, Practice Areas, Diaspora Services, Booking, FAQ, Careers, and Contact — with a CMS-driven page builder that allows the client to create and manage new pages independently using a block bank of reusable components including Hero sections, Image-Text layouts, Card Grids, Testimonials, CTA Banners, and Rich Text blocks. A WiPay Caribbean payment gateway was integrated with full security hardening — server-side amount validation, server-to-server payment confirmation, and idempotency via transaction references — enabling the firm to accept online booking payments safely. The project was handed over with a 47-page CMS user manual, an Excel bug tracker with a live dashboard, and a review reference document to support the client's in-house team.

    Beyond Courier & Logistics is a full marketing and customer-facing website built for a Jamaican package-forwarding company based in St. Ann's Bay. The platform enables Jamaican customers to shop from any US retailer by providing a personal US shipping address, with packages forwarded and available for pickup or home delivery locally. The site covers the complete customer journey — from free account creation and US address assignment, through package receipt, consolidation, and shipment notification, to final pickup at the company's Plantation Village Shopping Centre location. It includes a four-page structure (Home, Pricing, FAQ, and Account) supported by over 40 structured FAQs, a rate calculator for air and sea freight options, customs guidance, and a prohibited items reference. The account portal integrates directly with SparrowX — a third-party freight forwarding SaaS platform — via an embedded iframe, giving customers a live dashboard to track packages, manage shipments, and view their assigned US address without the site needing to maintain its own backend user system. This architectural decision kept the build lean and within budget while still delivering a fully functional customer portal experience. The site was built to a fixed budget and deadline with a modern, colourful design direction, and is currently live and serving customers.

    Packlite Express is a professional shipping and logistics web platform built for a Jamaican-based courier company, designed to modernise and streamline the full package-forwarding experience for both local and international customers. The platform provides customers with a seamless end-to-end flow — from account registration and receiving a unique offshore shipping address, to real-time shipment tracking and consolidated international delivery. It supports local shipping, international logistics with customs handling, and package monitoring from the moment items arrive at the warehouse. Built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel, the site features a fully responsive public-facing marketing experience alongside a functional account portal — covering service discovery, quote generation, shipment tracking, and customer support. The UI was designed with a focus on clarity and conversion, walking users through a three-step onboarding process that reduces friction from signup to first shipment. Packlite Express demonstrates end-to-end ownership of a client-facing product — from information architecture and UI through to deployment and production hosting.
